What will you let go of for your peace?
For three years, on Sunday evenings, I set a mantra during my weekly class. It was my intention to give us all something to focus on, a #drishti, a place to come back to. This week, I want to return to it….
“I LET GO TO MAKE SPACE FOR MY PEACE”
You must first decide what peace looks like, feels like, sounds like in YOUR life. It won’t be the same for each of us. Then you must accept that you deserve peace. From that place of knowing you will have to sit in a seat of study to observe what in your life is not in alignment with your peace… And once you can clearly see how YOU are preventing your own peace, you will have to take on the responsibility of clearing space to honor your peace. Shedding, releasing, letting go…
Enjoy this week’s practice, which focuses on releasing, breathing and grounding.
